A critical part of the the finishing process is die cutting. We use rotary-engraved and steel rule dies to finish your product. In each process, the attention is on quality. When die cutting, we choose to kiss cut to the liner. This means that while die cutting, the blades of the steel rule die or rotary tool never go through the release liner to the steel cutting plate. This process virtually eliminates jagged edges and pinched corners, increases the life of the tool, and maintains the original high tolerance.

Each of our dies are certified. The certification process is one that assures each die cut is checked and within your specified tolerance. This inspection process is documented.

Beyond die cutting your overlay or label, we can also custom die cut special materials for use as spacers, insulators, gaskets, shields and more.
