3D Graphics to Give That "Floating" Look
At idproducts, we have the ability to produce labels, decals, and nameplates with graphics that appear to float on various levels within the surface, creating depth and shadow. Whether it is a domed or flat label, your logo resides suspended within the substrate and draws much more attention to your brand and product.
This can be an ideal application for any new product launch or trade show, or to simply make your product stand out from the rest, literally!

Kiss Cutting to the Liner
There are tremendous values and benefits of kiss cutting all of your labels and overlays to the liner. With our scrap removal procedure, each label has release points on all sides. This process virtually eliminates jagged edges, pinched corners, increases the life of the tool and maintains the original high tolerance, all while producing less waste material and easy removal and application on the customer end.

CryoFLEX™ Can Cope with the Cold
In the healthcare and biochemical industries, labels must be extremely durable and readable. This is especially true for cryogenic specimen storage and testing applications, including plastic vials.
We can print or convert the CryoFLEX roll-form material to fully meet your demanding end-use requirements at extremely low temperatures. |
CryoFLEX is available in a topcoated 2-mil hard clear gloss polypropylene, a non-topcoated 3.5-mil flexible white matte polyethylene, and a topcoated 2.3-mil hard white gloss polypropylene. Each roll-form CryoFLEX product is backed with a kraft release liner that's suitable for label sensing equipment with most thermal transfer printers. Minimum application temperature is 50°F (10°C). Once the adhesive is bonded, it maintains a reliable bond in extreme cold. FLEXcon's CryoFLEX productshave been tested at -112°F (-80°C). A Cryogenic Condition Test Report has been published and is available to you. |
